Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information BillCalculator.com.pk collects, why, and what choices you have. It describes what this website actually does – we do not list services we do not use.

Information you enter into calculators

Units, meter readings and other figures you type into a calculator are processed in your browser only. They are not sent to us, not stored on a server and not linked to you. Closing or reloading the page clears them.

Contact form and email

The contact form does not submit data to this website. It opens your own email application with the message pre-filled, so any message reaches us only if you choose to send it. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we keep it only as long as needed to answer you.

Server logs

Like almost all websites, our web host records standard access logs when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referring page, and browser/user-agent string. These are used for security and to diagnose faults.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages are used and how the site performs. It sets cookies or similar identifiers and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device type and referral source. It does not tell us who you are.

You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Advertising

This site uses Google AdSense to display advertising.

Cookies used on this site fall into two groups: analytics cookies set by Google Analytics, and advertising cookies set by Google and its ad partners. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies; the calculators will continue to work if you do.

• Google Fonts and a public CDN for the icon font (page styling)

These providers may process your IP address and browser information in order to deliver their content.

Children

This site is a general-audience utility tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices and rights

You can browse without giving us any personal information, block cookies, opt out of personalised advertising, and ask us to delete an email exchange you have had with us. Where the GDPR or similar law applies to you, you may also request access to, or deletion of, personal data we hold – in practice that is limited to email correspondence.
